Merchandise Manager.

We are seeking a dynamic Merchandise Manager to lead brand growth and development to this premium womenswear brand. This leadership role is critical in bridging the gap between stakeholder vision and the operational execution required to drive business success. You will collaborate with external partners and work closely with a cross-functional team to implement an effective omnichannel business model.

Key Responsibilities for Merchandise Manager:

  • Brand Journey Management: Oversee the entire brand journey, managing a cross-functional team to execute strategic initiatives effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the omnichannel team, encompassing trading, logistics, sales, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Supply Chain Oversight: Manage the end-to-end logistics of product movement from factory to customer, coordinating with key logistics and factory contacts.
  • Budget Development: Create and manage brand budgets, ensuring alignment with sales targets, cost controls, and profit margins.
  • Merchandising Strategy: Plan and manage product merchandising, including WSSI management, inventory level monitoring, and identifying replenishment and growth opportunities.
  • Strategic and Tactical Planning: Balance strategic oversight with hands-on management of day-to-day operations and tasks.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Merchandising Expertise: Proven background in merchandising is essential for success in this role.
  • D2C/B2B Experience: Experience in both Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) environments is preferred.
  • Omnichannel Proficiency: Familiarity with omnichannel business strategies is highly desirable.
