We’re looking for a commercially driven, fast-paced, Retail led Head of Marketing to lead a high-impact marketing function focused on driving trading performance — not just awareness.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in retail, knows how to build campaigns around what the business needs to sell, and can create repeatable rhythms that deliver results week after week.

You’ll lead a product-led marketing engine, delivering campaigns that drive:

20% Brand Marketing
You’ll ensure the brand remains consistent, credible, and trusted by customers through:

Strong brand recognition

A consistent tone of voice across channels
What you’ll be responsible for
Commercially-led storytelling

Build campaigns starting with what we need to sell, shift, or grow

Translate trading priorities into clear customer messaging
-
Make marketing a key driver of performance, not just a support function
Campaign delivery (end-to-end)
Own the full customer journey for product campaigns across key channels, including:

Email campaigns (content + creative direction)

In-store marketing (window campaigns, POS messaging)
-
Press + PR moments
-
Retail-led events (promotional and partner-supported)
-
Multi-channel content creation with consistent messaging adapted per channel
Targeting and audience relevance

Define clear customer segments and missions
-
Match messaging to channel, intent, and customer mindset

Ensure campaigns speak to the right people, in the right way, at the right time
Stakeholder leadership
You’ll work closely with Merchandising, Trading, and Communications to shape how marketing supports and influences key commercial decisions, including:

Supplier and partner collaboration
You’ll bring strong experience working with suppliers and partners to unlock:
