We are looking for a candidate with
Strong Experience in CRM and a performance marketing leader with strong track record growing customer retention, improving email performance
Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels, including in regular Board-level trading meetings and strategy updates
Strong knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms and experience implementing life cycle programmes
Experience implementing and developing robust testing programmes
Excellent data and analytics skills
