Job Description: Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Director, the Head of Brand Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual, written, and spoken tone of voice of our brand.
You will work closely with the Founder & Creative Director and Marketing & Communications Director to create and deliver the global brand marketing strategy.
As the Head of Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for owning the briefing and execution of the creative process, as well as developing and executing the global brand communication strategy
. Your ultimate goal will be to drive brand and community growth for our rapidly expanding business through highly engaging brand marketing across all channels.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record of 3-5+ years in a marketing management role
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, verbal, visual and written
- Experience within luxury beauty/skincare preferred, ideally within founder led business
- A digital and social native with strong knowledge of the social media and digital
marketing, including in the beauty industry landscape, with the ability to drive brand
marketing strategy across multiple channels with a laser focus on brand positioning,
growth and engaging storytelling - Natural brand builder and networker, well versed with PR and the influencer landscape,
with experience working with agencies
