Role Overview: Group Customer Analytics & CRM Manager

As the Group Customer Analytics & CRM Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of effective customer strategies across our client’s brands. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will leverage data insights to optimise customer interactions and drive growth. This role demands a blend of analytical prowess and creative thinking to enhance our communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies tailored to key customer segments.
  • Lead customer data collection, analysis, and interpretation for actionable insights.
  • Manage and optimise CRM tools for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate CRM processes seamlessly.
  • Monitor and report on CRM performance using established KPIs.

Requirements:

  • With over 5 years of proven CRM management experience, preferably in retail.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms  and data analytics tools.
  • Possess strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Experience with catalogue marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
