French Speaking Customer Service Executive
Our client is a longstanding garment manufacturer business based in West London. We are looking for a French Speaking Customer Service Executive to work closely with and support the Account Management team.
You’ll be actively communicating with your clients, understanding their requirements, and feeding this back to your team.
You will be responsible for investigating and resolving queries via telephone, email, live web chat in a timely manner in addition to raising and maintaining sales orders, returns, exchanges via the in-house system Prima.
