Digital Product Manager.
Reference: 69344We are currently looking for a Digital Product Manager to join a British Heritage fashion brand. Due to exciting business growth, the established ecommerce team is looking to expand. As Digital Product Manager, you will own the onsite customer journey across the UK and US websites.
Key Requirements:
You must have around 5+ years’ experience in digital product owner or web operations role, especially working in a retail environment. The successful candidate needs to have managed a team of both direct reports and cross-functionally. Due to the responsibility of the role, you must have a solid understanding of the technologies that underpin web application development. These include: HTML, CC and JavaScript. Additionally, you must have experience with web analytics, ideally with Google Analytics. Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required, combined with an excellent knowledge of ecommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
As Digital Product Manager, you will create a roadmap to develop new functionality and optimise the customer journey. This includes identifying barriers to conversion and championing improvement initiatives. These would include site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns. Also, you will monitor ecommerce trends, researching industry best practice and creating insight from user testing to help prioritize new website functionality. Furthermore, you will report on website performance and customer experience using Google Analytics and session recordings, as such providing conclusions to resolve issues. You will be the first point of contact for cross-functional teams, such as IT, Operations and Customer Services.
