Design Manager.

My client is seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Manager of Mens and Kidswear Design. In this role, you will be responsible for various key aspects of the company’s operations and design direction. Your expertise will contribute to the growth and success of the Mens categories within the current client base. Additionally, you will be leading and managing the Kidswear teams, providing direction and design support as necessary.

Responsibilities:

•   Strategic Planning: Develop and implement company strategies related to Mens and Kidswear departments, aligning them with the overall business objectives. Design CP management.

•   Overseeing Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Mens and Kidswear departments, ensuring smooth coordination of projects and activities. Maintain efficiency and effectiveness within the departments.

•   Design Direction: Provide creative vision and direction for the product and print development of the Mens and Kidswear departments. Focus primarily on enhancing the design and growth of Mens categories for the existing client base.

•   Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Kidswear teams, offering guidance and support in design-related matters. Foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment that enables team members to achieve their best work.

•   Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, Turkey colleagues and vendors. Ensure effective communication and collaboration to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

•   Leadership: Serve as a role model within the team, inspiring and motivating others to reach their full potential. Encourage a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
