🚀 About the Role
As Design Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role working alongside the Head of Design to:

Create: Produce innovative design concepts, packaging, and 3D visuals tailored to specific clients and major retailers.

Inspire: Mentor junior designers, train new team members, and help steer creative direction.

Lead: Oversee key projects from concept to production, ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and compliance standards.

Spot Trends: Identify market trends, compile forecast packs, and contribute to quarterly trend decks to keep the team ahead of the curve.
You’ll deputise for the Head of Design and collaborate closely across NPD, compliance, and production teams to bring products to life.
🌈 What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Design Lead who combines creativity with commercial insight, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

8+ years’ experience in packaging, product, or graphic design (homewares, beauty, or gifting preferred)

Advanced skills in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dimension)

Proficient in Fusion 360 (or similar 3D software)

Strong track record of leading projects, mentoring teams, and delivering standout work

Excellent eye for trend, detail, and design across multiple styles

Confident communicator and proactive problem solver
