Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will develop close working relationships with the accounts. As a result, this will ensure accurate and timely order placement, management and shipment. You will look after all accounts in your territories, and oversee orders from start to finish. You will be responsible for all order entry and order modifications for your own account base. Also, you will expedite customer orders, keeping them informed or any delays or early fulfilment. As well as communicating with customers, you will liaise with the logistics team to ensure accurate shipping and the credit department when necessary to resolve credit issues.
Key Requirements:
The successful candidate must be able to deliver exceptional customer service. Key communication skills are vital to ensure smooth operation of order flow, and you will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Microsoft suite, especially Excel, is essential. Furthermore, some exposure to working within a wholesale operations environment is highly beneficial.
