Our client is looking for a Customer Service Executive to work closely with and support the Account Management team.
You’ll be actively communicating with your clients, understanding their requirements, and feeding this back to your team. You’ll be investigating and resolving queries via telephone, email, live web chat in a timely manner in addition to raising and maintaining sales orders, returns, exchanges via the in-house system Prima.
