We are currently recruiting for a CRM Manager to join a well-established and fast-growing fashion brands
As the CRM Manager you will be responsible for :
Driving loyalty and retention, supporting the marketing team in increasing the customer database and opt in rates.
Optimising the CRM, ESP and campaign platforms
Deliver relevant communication and user journeys to our customers to drive conversion, ATV and brand advocacy.
Support the ecommerce and marketing teams in building the seasonal strategy via insight, data and identifying key initiatives to deliver target KPIs.
To be considered we are looking for a candidate with
- Previous CRM experience, preferably within the fashion/retail industry
- Proven experience of driving CRM strategy and implementing effective targeted and automated campaigns. Experience in data segmentation and analysis.
