CRM Coordinator.

We are currently looking for a CRM Coordinator to join a successful womenswear brand. As CRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery of email communications and play a part in driving retention and repeat purchase by executing the brand’s marketing strategy. This is an incredible opportunity to work closely with the CRM Manager, to help drive customer loyalty and retention both online and in store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the broadcast email calendar, working alongside the CRM Manager to develop a strong weekly email plan in-line with marketing and promotional activity to relevant audiences
  • Working alongside the Trade team to prioritise categories and products to feature in emails as well as optimising the email to website journey
  • Briefing and working closely with designers on emails, including writing copy for all CRM-related marketing communications
  • Utilise our personalisation tool and report on performance to ensure all emails are relevant to improve click through rates
  • Own the QC and testing of all emails
  • Weekly and ad hoc reporting of email results and learnings to be presented to stakeholders, making conclusions and in depth analysis of all campaigns
  • Work together with the CRM Manager to develop and analyse A/B test and learn strategies, in order to ensure email content is continually evolving with our customer base
  • Keeping up to date with industry CRM activity and sharing any ideas or concepts for us to test
  • Support CRM manager with the customer loyalty programme
  • Promote the importance of segmentation efforts across the organisation
  • Ensure edit requests are closed swiftly and changes made in accordance with company compliance
  • Verify accuracy of work produced by the content team
  • Maintain regular liaison with internal stakeholders, providing best-practice advice
  • Ensure brand statistics / report are produced on a regular basis and discuss these with the relevant representative
  • Help drive behavioural change on how to use CRM through regular interaction with the trading and content teams
  • Hold regular meetings with colleagues to ensure email marketing plan fit around the brand and trading strategy
  • Play a key role in related projects concerning CRM including upgrades and implementations of new loyalty programs, reward schemes etc..

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a fast paced B2C environment
  • Experience with an ESP; Ometria is desirable but not essential
  • Well organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Analytical and proactive approach with the ability to draw conclusions from data and make recommendations based on results
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Experience in HTML
  • Adept with Google Analytics and Photoshop
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
