In this role the CRM Coordinator will collaborate closely with the CRM Manager to boost customer loyalty, retention, and sales through targeted email communications.
Responsibilities include managing the email calendar, prioritising products, coordinating with designers, conducting reporting, assisting in A/B testing, staying updated on trends, supporting loyalty programs, and utilizing data analysis.
This role requires ESP experience, analytical skills, excellent communication, organisational abilities, and ideally, a marketing-related degree.
