As the Creative Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end creative process – from campaign concepts and photoshoots to brand identity and studio operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver innovative ideas that resonate with our audience and drive commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute creative direction across all brand channels
- Develop and maintain a distinctive and cohesive brand identity
- Manage all aspects of photoshoot production and execution
- Oversee daily studio operations to ensure smooth workflows
- Inspire and manage a high-performing creative team and external collaborators
- Ensure creative strategies align with commercial objectives
- React quickly to evolving fashion trends, business needs, and feedback
The Ideal Creative Manager Will Have:
- 5+ years of experience in creative management within the fashion industry
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and visual storytelling projects
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- A strong understanding of commercial and brand strategy
- Excellent communication, organisational, and influencing skills
- A valuable network of industry contacts (preferred)
