Client Advisor – Luxury Fashion Brand (Harrods) – London

We are currently recruiting for a Client Advisor on behalf of a prestigious luxury fashion house for their concession within Harrods, London.

This is a unique opportunity to join a globally recognised brand in one of the world’s most iconic retail environments, delivering an exceptional and highly personalised client experience.

The Role

As a Client Advisor, you will act as a true brand ambassador, providing a tailored and elevated service to a diverse and international clientele.

You will play a key role in driving sales performance while building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring the highest standards of presentation within the Harrods concession.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, luxury-level customer experience
• Build and maintain a strong client book, driving repeat business
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance
• Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice
• Maintain impeccable standards of visual merchandising and grooming
• Support with stock management and daily operations
• Represent the brand with professionalism within the Harrods environment

The Candidate

• Previous experience in luxury retail (ideally within Harrods or similar environment)
• Strong clienteling skills and relationship-building ability
• Sales-driven with a consultative and personalised approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-presented, detail-oriented, and brand-focused
• Fluent in additional languages is a plus
