Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process all sales transactions, returns, and exchanges in line with company policies.

• Manage cash, card, and alternative payment methods securely and efficiently.

• Prepare and reconcile daily cash reports, ensuring accuracy at all times.

• Support the boutique team in delivering a seamless client journey.

• Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism, safeguarding both company and client information.

• Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cashier, sales support, or retail operations role (luxury retail experience preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data.

• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
