As a Luxury Bridal Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service and guidance to high-end clients in their journey to find the perfect wedding attire. You will work closely with brides-to-be, their families, and wedding parties to ensure an unforgettable luxury bridal experience.
Personalized Consultations: Meet with clients and conduct in-depth consultations to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding attire.
Product Knowledge: Maintain extensive knowledge of luxury bridal fashion trends, designers, fabrics, and styles. Stay up-to-date with the latest collections, runway shows, and industry events to provide clients with accurate information and recommendations.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service. Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating fittings, and managing alterations. Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the process to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Collaborate with clients to identify suitable products and upsell additional items such as veils, headpieces, jewellery, and shoes. Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for clients.
Styling and Presentation: Provide expert guidance on bridal styling, including silhouette selection, colour coordination, and accessory pairing.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of bridal consultants, stylists, and alteration specialists to deliver a cohesive and exceptional customer experience.
Previous experience as a bridal consultant or in luxury retail, preferably within the bridal industry.
In-depth knowledge of luxury bridal fashion, designers, fabrics, and wedding trends.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Creative flair and a keen eye for fashion and styling.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
