Brand Manager – Fashion Accessories – London

📍 UK / Europe (Hybrid + Travel Required)

A growing international fashion accessories business is seeking a Brand Manager to lead and develop a portfolio of globally recognised licensed brands. This is a highly commercial, cross-functional role working closely with design, product, sales, and marketing teams to drive brand performance across international markets.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of brand strategy, product development, and commercial performance. Acting as the key liaison between internal teams and external brand partners, you’ll ensure alignment across all touchpoints — from concept to consumer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with brand licensors, presenting performance updates, strategy, and growth plans
  • Lead product development and collection planning in line with brand DNA and market needs
  • Oversee range architecture (SKUs, pricing, categories, sizing, and seasonal balance)
  • Drive commercial success across global markets in collaboration with regional teams
  • Support go-to-market strategies including training, marketing assets, and sell-through initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure product delivery aligns with timelines and quality standards
  • Partner with marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns and trade marketing plans
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and implement actions to maximise growth
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and innovation
  • Deliver engaging presentations to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers

About You

  • Proven experience in brand management, client management, or product-led roles
  • Background in fashion, accessories, or consumer goods (eyewear experience beneficial but not essential)
  • Strong experience in product development and range planning
  • Commercially driven with a strong understanding of global markets
  • Confident working with data to inform decisions (Excel skills such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines
  • International experience or exposure to global markets is highly desirable
