Brand Ambassador / Supervisor – Luxury Womenswear (Cheadle, John Lewis Concession – Manchester)

We are looking for a motivated Brand Ambassador / Supervisor to oversee a luxury womenswear concession within John Lewis Cheadle. This is a solo role, offering full ownership of the brand’s presence in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and drive sales performance
• Build and maintain a loyal client base
• Take full responsibility for the concession’s daily operations
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising
• Manage stock and support replenishment processes
• Work closely with the host store team to enhance overall performance
