Brand Ambassador / Supervisor – Luxury Womenswear (Bluewater, John Lewis Concession)

We are seeking a passionate and driven Brand Ambassador / Supervisor to manage a luxury womenswear concession within John Lewis Bluewater. This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and enjoys taking full ownership of their space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a true brand representative
• Drive sales performance and achieve individual targets
• Build strong relationships with clients, offering a personalised shopping experience
• Manage the day-to-day running of the concession independently
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards
• Monitor stock levels and support replenishment when required
• Collaborate with in-store teams to maximise performance and visibility

Profile:

• Previous experience in premium or luxury retail
• Strong sales skills with a client-focused approach
• Comfortable working independently in a standalone role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
