Brand Ambassador – Premium Fashion – Cambridge

We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Brand Ambassador to take full ownership of a premium womenswear concession within a well-known department store in Cambridge.

As the Brand Ambassador, you will be solely responsible for representing the identity, values, and visual standards of the brand in-store. This role is ideal for someone who thrives when working independently and takes pride in delivering outstanding service with a passion for fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Brand Ambassador, delivering a premium and personalised customer experience.

• Take full ownership of the concession, managing day-to-day operations with autonomy and professionalism.

• Maintain an inviting, well-presented, and brand-aligned space through strong visual merchandising.

• Use your styling knowledge and expertise as a Brand Ambassador to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty.

• Build positive relationships with the department store team while remaining the key Brand Ambassador for all matters related to the brand.

• Monitor stock, ensure availability, and proactively support business needs.

About You:

• Confident working independently in a role with full responsibility as the Brand Ambassador.

• Entrepreneurial and proactive, with the ability to manage the space like it’s your own business.

• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of visual merchandising.

• Warm, engaging, and truly passionate about fashion and styling.

• Previous experience in fashion retail, ideally in a concession or branded role as a Brand Ambassador
