Brand Ambassador – Luxury Retail (Harrods) – London

We are currently recruiting for a Brand Ambassador on behalf of an exciting and fast-growing luxury brand for their concession within Harrods, London.

This is a unique opportunity to join a premium brand in one of the world’s most iconic retail environments, delivering an engaging and personalised customer experience.

The Role

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand on the shop floor, delivering an elevated and memorable experience to every customer.

You will play a key role in driving brand awareness and sales performance, while creating strong connections with a diverse and international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging, high-quality customer experience
• Act as a true brand ambassador, bringing the brand story to life
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain excellent standards of presentation and visual merchandising
• Support with in-store activations and events
• Ensure the concession reflects the brand at all times

The Candidate

• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles
• Passionate about luxury, fashion, or beauty
• Confident, outgoing, and engaging personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-presented with a strong sense of brand image
• Sales-driven and motivated by targets
