The role we are recruiting for is Brand Ambassador/Cluster Manager.
We are looking for an individual who has experience in leading a team in customer facing roles.
Desired candidate is someone who has previous experience working in the Food / Hospitality industry.
Ideally your current role would be Assistant Manager/Store Manager/ Dual-site Manager.
We are looking for a Brand Ambassador who uses and has a good understanding of social media.
We want someone that understands the benefits social media brings to promoting the brand, driving sales, growth and can install this ambition into their team members.
Responsibilities
As a Brand Ambassador/Cluster Manager you will be responsible for managing your allocated retail stores ensuring that protecting and promoting the brand is at the heart of everything you do.
You will be supporting, training and coaching your team to deliver an incredible customer experiences throughout your stores.
We are looking for an engaging team leader who can use their own initiative. Someone who will collaborate with all team members to find new ways of working that encourage improved productivity, and effectiveness.
As a Brand Ambassador/Cluster Manager will create a fun and inviting working environment through their own enthusiasm, and “can–do” attitude.
The role will include looking after your retail stores in driving sales, stock management, maintenance, and compliance needs.
