Beauty Supervisor – Reading.

We are currently looking for a talented Supervisor who is passionate about sales and teamwork to join one of the hottest cosmetics/make-up brands in the market worldwide. The Supervisor will be there to support the team and expand the brand presence.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager so that the defined business objectives are achieved.
• Coach a customer focused, and results driven team.
• Develop the team ensuring a collaborative and result oriented environment.
• Analyse sales indicators.
• Ensure compliance with brand processes and procedures.
• Promote the brand’s culture and values.
• Some interest in makeup would be beneficial.
