Assistant Store Manager – Westfield.

On behalf of my client I am looking for a well presented, driven and eager Assistant Manager for a high end luxury clothing and footwear retail brand in Westfield Shepherd’s Bush.
The Assistant Manager needs to:
- Support the Store Manager and take leadership during absense
- Manage and be the face of the store setting an excellent example to other management and staff members
- Push and drive sales, daily, weekly and monthly
- Work to KPIs and Targets
- Report and communicate with head Office
- Stock control / loss prevention
- Plan in store events
- Visual merchandising
- Support marketing
- Promotions and sale
- Train and Develop staff
- Keep on top of HR and Health and Safety
- Excellent customer service
The Assistant Store Manager should have minimum 2 years retail experience and must be flexible to work weekends
