We are partnering with a premium fashion brand to recruit an Assistant Store Manager for a key London location.

The Role

Supporting the Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, leading the team on the shop floor, and ensuring operational excellence at all times.

You will be a hands-on leader, acting as a role model for the team while helping to create a positive and high-performing store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
• Lead by example on the shop floor to drive sales and customer engagement
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to achieving store targets
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Oversee daily operations including stock and rota management
• Step up as Store Manager in their absence
