Assistant Online Content Manager.
Reference: AF AOCMWe are currently looking for an Assistant Online Content Manager to join a well-established fashion brand. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, responsible for all new launches onsite. Reporting into the Ecommerce Manager, you will manage the process and liaise with relevant teams to get assets, copy, and imagery etc. on time. Ultimately, this Assistant Online Content Manager will be the guardian of what goes live on the websites. The ideal candidate will have experience in ecommerce retail, and experience of working with a CMS. Key responsibilities:
- Create all products in the CMS and ensure that all products are online in a timely fashion, with all assets attached
- Work with the Content Coordinator to ensure all promotions are launched correctly onsite
- Monitor delivery dates of stock for new collection launches and create launch trackers
- Create design briefs for onsite content launches
- Set up new categories/collections as required
- Work with the Studio team and re-touchers to ensure that all assets are available within the required timeframes for each pack launch and uploaded into the CMS ensuring images are tagged and labelled correctly
- Work with the Ecommerce Manager to ensure that categories are reviewed regularly and effectively maintained and merchandised to maximise sales
- Support and manage the Online Content Coordinator
- Identify and work with the studio to rectify where shots are missing or wrong
- Supporting the Ecommerce Manager to optimise performance of all third party apps
