Account Manager – Supplier – London

We are working with a successful, design lead supplier who are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their dynamic sales team. This is a fast-paced environment, and the ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, and have excellent attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

• Reporting into a Senior Sales Account Manager
• Managing your own accounts and acting as the main point of contact for customers
• Overseeing the critical path to ensure all deadlines and deliveries are met
• Liaising with customers and fabric suppliers regarding lab dips, strike-offs, approvals, and bulk production
• Monitoring and chasing samples through the development process
• Attending customer meetings and maintaining strong client relationships

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a supplier environment working with supermarkets and high street brands
• Strong knowledge of soft separates and jersey products
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
