Networking is the fuel on which our relationships at CVUK run on. As recruiters at CVUK, we’re always making sure that we put our best foot forward.

Whether we’re on our way to meet a candidate, or whether we’re on the tube in the morning! We know how important it is to make sure that we’re constantly widening our network, and putting the CVUK name out there.

After all, gone are the days of putting a job advert online and only getting in touch with respondents. We want to make sure we’re harvesting the very best talent in the market, and that means ALWAYS being on the lookout, and ALWAYS going that extra mile for our clients.

We make sure to go door to door to source retail jobs for ALL of our candidates, at a variety of levels in their career.

Regularly attend fashion events our lovely clients invite us to, to gain insight into their world and understand them more.

Always make sure we get face-time with our clients over coffee/drinks/etc

We’re always striving to meet new candidates when we’re out and about. Whether that’s in the queue in Starbucks or on the train, we’ve always got our networking heads on!

Keep on the lookout for new brands and stores constantly, to make sure we’re keeping on top of key players in the industry that could be hiring.
