As we are now in our 15th year of being in business, it’s a good time to look back (with a fair amount of pride!) on what we have achieved.
We all know that the failure rate of start-ups makes disturbing reading – as many as 80% fail within the first two years. Recruitment start-ups don’t fare any better and the last 15 years is littered with recruitment failures – not least because of the 2008 crash and recession.
But out of all this, the CVUK Group has grown to become one of the leading international fashion and retail recruitment partners. Of course, we had humble beginnings – in fact, we began in a basement! But now our London offices are situated in Mayfair.
The company continues to grow. In 2018 we have a real focus on growth, but in a sense, nothing has changed since 2003. We have grown year on year, adding to our fantastic team as we move along.
Now we are truly global. In addition to our London offices, we are also located in Melbourne, Australia. Our business is all about working in partnership with clients to find the very best talent in Retail, Fashion and Non-Fashion sectors. This includes the likes of buying, merchandising and marketing; as well as production, technical, design and more. The brands we work with span the fashion, beauty, home, and lifestyle sectors.
We can now boast, not only over 10 years of professional experience but a proven track record of building successful and long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
