A handbag or a camera?
Ever been out and about, had a picture perfect moment but never remember to get the camera out to capture it? Then Lulu Guinness has the bag for you! This bag comes with a special compartment for a camera which automatically captures the action around it.
This exciting concept will automatically take up to 2,000 photos a day and uses 5 on-board sensors to choose the best time to take a pic. It will even be able to monitor light, motion, direction, colour, temperature and will take a shot every time it detects a change in conditions! And if that’s not enough, the five megapixel camera has a 136-degree wide-angle lens which can capture ‘stop motion’ style photographs, store up to 16,000 images and will even pinpoint the location with GPS.
The limited edition bag will be sold in Lulu Guinness stores and online from July 30 – for £395 – including the camera device, known as an Autographer.
Simon Randall, from Autographer, said: ‘We are pleased to partner with an innovative and iconic British brand such as Lulu Guinness to create the world’s first wearable camera handbag. Interest in wearable technology has soared over the past year.
‘We’re so excited to see two great British brands come together to show how wearable technology, photography, and fashion can fit together and create something really stylish and pioneering.’
Lulu Guiness has always been one to push the boundaries and think outside the box, so what do you think? Are you a fan of this innovative idea? We think it would be perfect for the summer festival season! Let us know your thoughts!
