CVUK work alongside True Religion for the launch of their first international store…

Here at CVUK we are delighted to announce that we have been working alongside American denim brand True Religion, organising the recruitment process for the launch of their first UK store.

The store, a hefty 1,500 sq ft, and will open on the vibrant  James Street in Covent Garden, one of the busiest shopping and tourist destinations in Europe. This area is particularly apt for the premium brand, nestled neatly among other high-end brands Paul Smith, Karen Millen, Hugo Boss, and Ted Baker.  The store will offer shoppers the entire True Religion collection for men, women and kids, including its signature jean styles, its expanding denim, sportswear and handbag collection.

The brand has previously been very successful in department stores and high end boutiques across the country for a several years.  In addition to their London store, the brand are planning on opening stores in Tokyo and Toronto late in 2010.

Jeffrey Lubell, chairman, chief executive officer and chief merchant of True Religion Apparel has said that he is “excited about our first branded retail store in the UK, as this marks a key milestone in the evolution of the True Religion brand to a global retail platform.”

Well, having CVUK on the their side for the launch of their first international store, was definitely a good start…
