Recruitment freeze – melting?

It’s been a while since we have all seen some hope and the end of this recession. It’s hard for businesses nowadays to realise that they may have had to sacrifice employees just because of the recession and the cause for concern on finances. We can all now relax and say we did it; we battled through the recession and let the good times begin.
